Since achieving a BA Hons Degree in Graphic Design in 1981, Gordon has worked as a designer and has had his own design business. His paintings are inspired by the sparkling waters and sunshine of Cornwall and embody a real sense of 'painting the light'. Working full-time from his studio in Fowey, Hunt has sold his work through galleries in the UK and world-wide. He has exhibited in New York and Hong Kong, and has had paintings accepted for the prestigious Royal Society Marine Artists Exhibition at the Mall Galleries in London.
